In this senior role, you will be responsible for key project management functions including portfolio definition, initiative management, and financial and capacity planning. You will leverage your expertise in SAP PS and PPM integration with other SAP applications (FI, HCM).

Your duties will involve decision-making, process optimization, resource management, and team supervision to ensure task execution. This includes allocating personnel, assigning tasks, ensuring teams have necessary tools and support, and evaluating performance against organizational goals.

You will apply proven knowledge of Results Analysis, both cost-based and revenue-based methods, and ensure proficiency in cost and revenue planning and budgeting. Period-end processing and project settlement are also key responsibilities.

We are seeking individuals with excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Projects System (PS) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM). Strong configuration knowledge of PS structures, including WBS, standard structures, and user status profiles, is essential.

Proficiency in portfolio definition, initiative management, financial and capacity planning, and resource planning, along with SAP PPM integration with SAP PS, FI, and HCM applications, is required. A strong understanding of cost and revenue planning, budgeting, and Results Analysis methods is crucial.

Ideal candidates possess good understanding of relevant business processes and standards, along with strong skills in functional requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, master data setup, end-user support, and documentation. Experience in designing and supporting custom enhancements in PS, PPM, and integration areas is advantageous, as is good exposure to interacting with business users.
