Key responsibilities include leveraging proven expertise in Results Analysis (cost and revenue-based methods). You will manage portfolio definitions, buckets, initiatives, financial and capacity planning, and resource planning, with a focus on SAP PPM integration with SAP PS, FI, and HCM. This role involves decision-making, process optimization, resource management, and team oversight for effective task execution. You will be accountable for personnel allocation, team supervision, task assignment, ensuring teams have the necessary support, and evaluating performance to achieve organizational objectives.

We are seeking individuals with excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Projects System (PS) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM). Essential skills include good configuration knowledge of PS structures (WBS, standard structures, user status profiles) and Master Data. Proficiency in Cost & Revenue planning and budgeting, along with proven knowledge of Results Analysis methods, is critical. Experience in period-end processing and project settlement is required. A strong understanding of relevant business processes, methodologies, and standards, alongside deep insight into integration between Project Systems and other modules, is expected. Candidates should possess strong skills in functional requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, master data setup, end-user support, and documentation. Experience in designing and supporting custom enhancements in PS, PPM, and integration areas, coupled with good exposure to business user interactions, is necessary. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are paramount. Experience: 3 - 5 years.
