The Associate Director will lead and oversee large offshore teams, acting as a critical liaison with US-based client leadership. This involves directing project delivery, managing scope, budget, and quality, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. A key aspect of the role is driving operational sustainment, resolving tickets efficiently, and actively collaborating with onshore NTT leadership for issue navigation and escalations.

You will champion process and efficiency improvements, spearheading automation and AI initiatives for mundane tasks. Regular status updates to senior client leadership are expected, alongside proactive identification and resolution of team performance issues. The ability to scale across multiple clients, ensuring consistent and predictable team performance, is crucial. This includes coaching team members, fostering professional development, and facilitating collaboration to enhance project outcomes.

We are looking for a proactive SAP delivery executive with a strong appetite for learning new technologies. Essential qualities include exceptional leadership to direct and monitor offshore teams, effective communication skills for client advocacy, and meticulous attention to detail for operational sustainment and ticket resolution.
