Lead the comprehensive delivery of SAP projects, including implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Effectively manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation utilizing established methodologies like ASAP, Activate, Agile, or Waterfall. Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and system integrators to guarantee high-quality deliverables and execution. Oversee critical change management, testing, and go-live phases, adhering strictly to governance and best practices. A minimum of 10 years of dedicated experience in SAP project management and delivery, spanning multiple modules such as S/4HANA, FICO, MM, and SD. Possess strong expertise in SAP methodologies, end-to-end project lifecycle management, and effective stakeholder engagement. Demonstrate a proven ability to deliver complex SAP programs within specified scope, time, and budget. Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for managing diverse teams.
