NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic SAP Project Manager to spearhead full lifecycle SAP implementation projects. This role is integral to driving successful project delivery from initiation through hypercare, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client satisfaction.

As a key member of our team, you will navigate complex SAP landscapes, manage diverse project facets, and foster collaboration across global and local teams. Lead SAP implementation projects from inception to successful go-live and post-launch support.

Develop comprehensive project plans, define timelines, establish milestones, and manage resource allocation effectively.

Oversee project scope, meticulously manage budgets, and proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure timely project completion within budgetary constraints and in alignment with strategic business goals.

Serve as the central point of contact, facilitating communication between business leaders, IT specialists, SAP consultants, and external vendors.

Conduct steering committee meetings and provide clear, concise project status updates to all stakeholders.

Apply SAP implementation methodologies such as SAP Activate, ASAP, or Agile/Hybrid approaches.

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including SAP functional and technical consultants, and business process owners.

Coordinate the efforts of internal teams and external implementation partners to ensure seamless project execution.

Proactively identify potential project risks, devise robust mitigation strategies, and effectively track and resolve issues and dependencies.

Manage project financials, including budget forecasting and resource planning, ensuring optimal utilization and cost control.

Oversee all testing phases, from unit and integration testing to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Lead cutover planning and execution, ensuring a smooth transition to post-go-live hypercare support.

Support business change management initiatives and facilitate knowledge transfer to end-users.

Proven experience in managing SAP implementation projects, encompassing both ECC and S/4HANA environments.

In-depth understanding of ERP processes across various SAP modules like FICO, MM, SD, and PP.

Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale global transformation programs.

Exceptional project management, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Familiarity with both Agile and traditional project management frameworks is essential.

Preferred candidates will possess 10-15+ years of IT or ERP project experience, with at least 5 years specifically managing SAP implementations. Experience with multi-country SAP rollouts or transformation programs is highly advantageous.
