Take ownership of end-to-end incident analysis, debugging, and resolution for critical SAP O2C and TM issues, ensuring minimal business disruption. Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to implement effective corrective and preventive actions under ITSM/SLA guidelines.

Validate CI/CD changes, perform continuous regression testing, and manage cross-module integration testing. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate key-user training, and provide hypercare support during new rollout phases.

Drive high-priority functional incident calls, implementing immediate workarounds for system crises. Transform incident trends into problem tickets and feature requests, collaborating with product teams on backlog prioritization. Review and validate design documents and automation test scripts during Knowledge Transfer (KT).

Document and disseminate SAP O2C-TM process knowledge within IT Operations through mentoring junior engineers and creating Knowledge Base (KB) articles. Collaborate with internal IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors across global teams.

Lead functional validation for major S4 HANA upgrades and system maintenance. Ensure strong upstream and downstream integration with R2R, P2P, and MDM streams, leveraging SPRO configuration and complex business workflows.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Information Science, or Telecommunications. Bring 8-10 years of specialized experience supporting SAP O2C and TM modules within enterprise-scale application management services (AMS) or application support frameworks.

Demonstrate core S4H SD expertise, including deep configuration knowledge of Sales Order & Contract Management, Pricing, Credit, Dispute, and Consignment processes. Showcase advanced S4H TM architecture proficiency with proven expertise in Side-car TM configuration, Freight Rate Management/Settlements, FU/FO setup, and logistical planning.

Have practical experience with Logistics Integration, including Last Mile Delivery (LMD) models and route settlement automation. Exhibit strong cross-process architecture understanding with good upstream and downstream integration knowledge connecting O2C-TM with R2R, P2P, and Master Data Management (MDM) streams.

Proficient in SPRO configuration, complex business workflows, and master data structures. Capable of conducting baseline ABAP debugging and navigating BRF+ structures for functional analysis. Experience utilizing SAP Fiori apps for executing, testing, and optimizing standard business processes.

Possess good experience navigating ServiceNow (SNOW) for ITSM and Azure DevOps (ADO) for change management. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills are essential, along with an understanding of code quality, security standards, and programming best practices.
