We are seeking an experienced SAP PLM Consultant with a strong background in S/4 HANA and hands-on experience within the FMCG, Pharma Manufacturing, or Life Sciences sectors. This is an ideal role for a seasoned professional looking to leverage their expertise in a dynamic consulting environment.

Drive end-to-end SAP PLM implementations, from process definition and analysis through to design and continuous improvement. Configure and rigorously test key SAP PLM modules, including Recipe Development, Specification Management, ECTR, and Document Management (DMS) with WWI Reports.

Key tasks involve synchronizing recipes with BOMs, managing Engineering Change Management for recipe modifications, and handling both general and plant recipes. You will also manage Specification Management features, including value assignment types, classes, characteristics, Phrase management, and materials/packaging specifications. Configure workflows in Fiori/Web UI, provide comprehensive end-user training, and deliver post-implementation support.

Further responsibilities include writing detailed functional specifications and related documentation, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of PLM business processes, and designing/implementing scalable applications. Strong configuration, testing, and interface/integration skills with third-party systems are essential for success in this role.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 6 years of experience as an SAP PLM Consultant, possessing strong proficiency in S/4 HANA. Essential hands-on experience must include working within the FMCG, Pharma Manufacturing, or Life Sciences industries.

A minimum of 5-6 years dedicated to PLM process definition, analysis, design, and implementation is required. The role demands proven experience in end-to-end PLM process implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing improvement. Candidates should demonstrate strong configuration and testing skills, along with experience in handling interfaces and integrating with external systems.

This role requires the ability to write functional specifications and other necessary documentation. Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications is also a key requirement.
