We are seeking Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in SAP GRC Process Control and SAP Security & Authorizations. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting robust governance, risk, and compliance solutions across diverse SAP landscapes. Collaboration with business stakeholders, auditors, and compliance teams will be crucial to strengthening internal controls and compliance frameworks.

This position involves driving Segregation of Duties (SoD) governance, conducting risk assessments, monitoring controls, and facilitating remediation activities. You will also support SAP S/4HANA Security, Fiori Security, and GRC Process Control initiatives, ensuring adherence to all regulatory, audit, and organizational security requirements.

As a SAP GRC Process Control Consultant, you will implement and configure SAP GRC Process Control solutions, defining business process controls and compliance frameworks. You will manage automated controls, surveys, certifications, and workflow processes, while conducting risk assessments and monitoring compliance across SAP applications.

Your responsibilities extend to coordinating audit requirements and remediation activities, developing compliance dashboards, and supporting continuous control monitoring. You will also design and build SAP S/4HANA security roles, implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and configure Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.

Furthermore, you will handle user access reviews, risk analysis, and provisioning processes. For SAP Fiori Security, you will administer catalogs, spaces, pages, and groups, troubleshooting authorization issues using relevant SAP tools. Identifying and mitigating security and compliance risks within SAP environments is also a key aspect of this role.

We are looking for professionals with 6-12 years of SAP Security and GRC experience, including strong hands-on expertise in SAP GRC Process Control and SAP S/4HANA Security & Authorizations. Essential skills include experience with Role Design, Firefighter Access Management, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Risk Analysis, Remediation, and User Access Reviews.

A strong background in SAP Fiori Security, covering Fiori Catalogs, Spaces & Pages, Target Mappings, Semantic Objects, and App Authorization Management, is mandatory. Proficiency in authorization troubleshooting tools like SU53, ST01, and STAUTHTRACE, along with knowledge of SAP Identity and Access Governance concepts, is required. A solid understanding of audit and compliance requirements is also crucial.

Preferred qualifications include experience with SAP GRC Access Control, SAP BTP Security, BW/4HANA or BW on HANA Security, and SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. Familiarity with SAP IAS, IPS, and Identity Access Management solutions, along with an understanding of SOX, ITGC, and regulatory compliance frameworks, is beneficial. SAP certifications in Security or GRC are a plus.
