This role is instrumental in implementing and enhancing SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) solutions for manufacturing clients.

We are seeking an experienced SAP PPQM Functional Consultant to lead and support critical projects. You'll leverage your expertise to translate business needs into robust SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. Contribute to global transformation programs and gain exposure to cutting-edge SAP technologies.

Drive the implementation, rollout, and enhancement of SAP PP and QM solutions within manufacturing environments. Analyze intricate business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications and SAP best-practice designs. Configure and provide expert support for core SAP PPQM functionalities, including MRP, production orders, batch management, and quality inspections.

Collaborate extensively with business stakeholders, cross-functional SAP teams, and technical consultants to deliver comprehensive, integrated solutions. Lead requirement gathering workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, manage testing cycles, conduct user training, and oversee cutover and post-go-live support. Support the integration of PPQM with other key SAP modules such as MM, WM/EWM, SD, PM, and MES systems.

A strong foundation in SAP PP, encompassing Production Planning, MRP, Demand Management, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control. Expertise in SAP QM, including Quality Planning, Inspection Lots, Quality Notifications, and Batch Management.

Demonstrate deep integration knowledge with MM, SD, PM, EWM/WM, and Manufacturing Execution Systems. Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, support projects, enhancements, testing, cutover, and hypercare. Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, production processes, quality assurance, and supply chain management.

Excellent documentation and communication skills are essential for creating functional specifications, mapping business processes, managing stakeholders, and delivering user training. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori Applications, SAP Best Practices, and Agile methodologies is preferred.
