This role is crucial for establishing SAP PP/QM functionalities for new plants, ensuring seamless integration and operational readiness. You will play a key part in configuring, converting, and testing essential master data and transactional processes.

Confirm and implement necessary SAP SPRO configurations for new manufacturing plants. Update manufacturing Z tables and convert plant-specific master data, including BOMs, Work Centers, Task Lists, and Production Versions. Review and adapt custom functionalities for hardcoded values and update them for new plant specifications, such as process order confirmation parameters. Configure background jobs, variants, and test QM outputs and forms for new plant codes. Execute comprehensive test scenarios to ensure manufacturing functionality operates correctly. Support go-live activities by closing transactional data in old plants and creating new transactional data, ensuring raw material inventory and batch classification are established.

This position focuses on the technical implementation and configuration of SAP PP/QM modules for new plant setups. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP manufacturing processes and master data management. Experience with SPRO configuration, data conversion, and testing is essential for success in this role.
