NTT DATA seeks innovative and passionate individuals to join our growing team. We are looking for a SAP PP QM Lead to contribute to global template rollout projects. This role involves configuring SAP functionalities, analyzing business processes, and ensuring seamless integration across modules. Key responsibilities include participating in global SAP PP and QM module rollouts, conducting Fit-Gap analysis, and configuring SAP functionalities to meet business needs. You will analyze manufacturing processes, document solutions, and prepare project deliverables like Business Blueprints and Functional Specifications.

This role also involves configuring core SAP PP functionalities such as Demand Management, MRP, Production/Process Orders, and Capacity Planning. Additionally, you will configure SAP QM processes including Quality Planning, Inspection Processes, Quality Notifications, and Vendor Quality Management.

Ensure smooth integration between SAP PP/QM and other SAP modules like MM, SD, PM, and WM/EWM. You will support testing phases, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT. The role also requires supporting master data migration and cutover activities for Go-Live.

A strong foundation in SAP PP and SAP QM is essential, along with experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations. Prior experience in global rollout or template deployment projects is required. Understanding of manufacturing processes like MRP, MTS, and MTO, and the ability to write functional specifications for enhancements and interfaces are crucial. Excellent stakeholder communication skills are a must.

Preferred qualifications include over 8 years of SAP PP/QM experience and at least 1-2 full lifecycle SAP implementations or rollouts. Experience with SAP Activate or ASAP methodology is beneficial. Exposure to batch management, serialization, and shop floor integration would be an advantage.
