As an SAP PP Lead, you will play a pivotal role in transforming manufacturing operations through innovative SAP solutions. This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and drive significant business value.

Lead comprehensive SAP PP (Production Planning) initiatives, including implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects, ensuring strict alignment with manufacturing business needs.

Design, configure, and continually optimize critical SAP PP functionalities such as Demand Management, MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Batch Management.

Foster strong collaborations with business stakeholders, manufacturing teams, and diverse SAP functional teams (MM, SD, QM, PM, WM/EWM) to deliver seamless, integrated solutions.

Spearhead fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, rigorous testing phases, meticulous cutover planning, and essential post-go-live support activities.

Manage project execution, cultivate effective stakeholder communication, mentor team members, proactively address risks, and champion continuous process improvement strategies.

A minimum of 10 years of dedicated SAP consulting experience, showcasing profound expertise in SAP PP and manufacturing business processes.

Extensive hands-on proficiency in SAP PP configuration, including in-depth knowledge of MRP planning, production execution, BOMs, routings, work centers, and capacity planning.

Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end SAP ECC implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and support projects.

Strong integration capabilities with SAP MM, SD, QM, PM, and Warehouse Management modules is essential.

Proven leadership acumen in client relationship management, team leadership, driving solution architecture, and successfully delivering large-scale SAP transformation programs.
