As a SAP SF PMGM Consultant, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their HR transformation journey. Your key responsibilities include leading requirement gathering workshops to deeply understand client business processes. You will configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management and Goal Management modules, designing essential components like Goal Plans, Performance Review Forms, Route Maps, and Calibration Sessions.

Furthermore, you will manage integrations between PMGM and Employee Central, along with other SuccessFactors modules. This role involves performing thorough impact analyses, solution design, comprehensive testing, UAT support, and successful deployment. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting production issues, providing ongoing support, conducting client demos, workshops, and delivering user training. Supporting data migration and reporting needs is also a crucial part of your role.

We are seeking an experienced SAP SF PMGM Consultant with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in configuring and administering SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management modules. A strong background in HR or talent management processes, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and performance reviews, is highly beneficial.

While not mandatory, a SuccessFactors certification would be a significant advantage.
