Join NTT DATA as a SAP PM Functional Consultant with Data Migration expertise. Lead end-to-end Plant Maintenance data migration activities within a RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud project. Execute hands-on extraction, transformation, and loading of PM data, preparing and maintaining mapping documents. Utilize SAP Migration Cockpit/Fiori Apps for data loads, alongside robust data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation with source data.

Support mock migrations, testing cycles, and go-live activities, while analyzing and resolving data load errors. Collaborate with functional teams to validate migrated data and configure SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance modules. Prepare and execute unit and SIT test cases, support UAT, and resolve defects. Assist with data migration validation for various PM objects and support cutover activities, including hyper care support post-go-live.

We are seeking a SAP PM Functional Consultant with 5-8 years of SAP Plant Maintenance experience and strong data migration skills. A background in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project is essential, with Cloud CE preferred. Proficiency in Excel for data reconciliation and prior Oracle ERP data migration experience are required.

Solid functional knowledge of PM data structures, coupled with strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills, is crucial. The ability to thrive in fast-paced global programs is a must. Preferred qualifications include SAP S/4HANA or SAP PM certification, experience with Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations under RISE, familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, and experience with multi-wave global data migrations.
