Join NTT DATA as a SAP PM Functional Consultant specializing in Data Migration. You will be instrumental in a global S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition implementation, focusing on migrating Plant Maintenance data from Oracle ERP. This role demands meticulous attention to data preparation, validation, and integration, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and cloud standards.

Lead comprehensive data migration for SAP Plant Maintenance within a RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Greenfield program. Perform hands-on extraction, transformation, and loading of PM data, preparing mapping documents and transformation logic. Utilize SAP Migration Cockpit/Fiori Apps for data loads, conduct cleansing, validation, and reconciliation with source data. Support mock migrations, testing, and go-live activities, resolving data load errors. Collaborate with functional teams to ensure business readiness of migrated data. Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance, including technical objects, maintenance plans, and notification processes. Execute unit and SIT test cases for PM scenarios, and support UAT and defect resolution. Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides. Assist with data migration validation for various PM elements and support cutover activities for open orders and plans. Provide hyper care support and troubleshoot post-go-live PM issues, documenting resolutions and process changes.

A minimum of 5 to 8 years of SAP functional experience in Plant Maintenance (PM), with robust hands-on data migration experience. Demonstrated experience in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project, preferably Cloud CE. Proficiency in Excel for reconciling large datasets and prior experience with Oracle ERP data migration. Solid functional understanding of PM data structures, coupled with strong data analysis and troubleshooting capabilities. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, global program environments. An Engineering Degree and SAP S/4HANA or SAP PM certification are preferred qualifications.
