EY is seeking an experienced SAP PIPO Service Delivery Manager to join our Enterprise Technology team. The SAP PO SDM will manage day-to-day operational support for the integrated technical solution and functional areas. Key responsibilities include assessing the impact of technical changes, guiding third-party and internal teams on estimates, and collaborating with SAP Process Experts and Managed Service Support teams. You will ensure proposed solutions are operational, consider ongoing support needs, and maintain system integrity according to technical roadmaps.

You will also provide specific technical expertise on integrated solutions, understanding dependent applications, impacted applications, and associated interfaces. This role requires close collaboration with the Application Technology-PI/PO Integration Lead and process-aligned Service Delivery Managers.

A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP PO middleware build/development is required, encompassing both implementation projects and post-go-live support. Essential skills include experience with custom solutions, code optimization in SAP ECC/CRM/SRM/BW integration with PI/PO, implementing standard integration packages, and SAP PO operations support. Experience with various adapters (SFTP, SOAP, REST, ODATA, JDBC, FILE, HTTP, FTPS, IDoc, RFC, Mail) and SAP Business Framework Architecture APIs (BAPIs, ALE, RFC, SOAP) is vital.

Proficiency in integrating cloud solutions like C4C, ARIBA Buyer, and ARIBA Sourcing is expected, along with a strong understanding of security concepts. Familiarity with SAP CPI development, SAP BTP Tools, and Java programming is beneficial. The role demands detail-oriented documentation, strong teaming and independence, global collaboration skills, a sense of ownership, flexibility, and the ability to multitask. Assertiveness, decisiveness, and a process-centric approach are critical. Excellent English communication skills are essential.

Additional experience includes setting up SLD environments, configuring RFC destinations, IDOCs, ALE, Ports, Partner Profiles, Logical Systems, ABAP Proxy, ALERTS, and transport mechanisms. Experience with Unit, Integration, and UAT test plans for PI interfaces, preparing mapping specification documents, deep understanding of SAP technical integration capabilities (PI/PO), interface monitoring, error handling, and restart/recovery procedures are also necessary. Knowledge of functional areas like Procurement, Finance, and Engagement Management, and experience with Message Mappings (Graphical, JAVA, XSLT) are required.
