This role is for an experienced SAP PI/PO Consultant responsible for managing projects and ensuring timely, accurate customer deliveries.

The individual will oversee support execution, report on project progress, and offer guidance to the team. Maintaining a high level of team competence and operational excellence is paramount, alongside making critical business decisions to satisfy customer expectations and acting as an escalation point of contact.

A focus on continuous improvement and overall delivery excellence is expected, supported by a minimum of 12 years of hands-on work experience. Flexibility to work various shifts based on project needs is also a requirement.

Manage projects and ensure timely, accurate customer deliveries.

Review support execution and report on project progress, providing necessary direction.

Ensure the team maintains high competence and operational excellence.

Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations and serve as an escalation point of contact.

Drive continuous improvements and overall delivery excellence.

Coordinate with GRM/VMG/TA for timely fulfillments.

Perform resource allocations and workload assignments aligned with delivery requirements.

Achieve benchmark utilization of resources and manage resource attrition/retention.

Conduct periodic reviews and manage recognition and rewards for resources.

Collaborate with HR, IT, Admin, and other support functions to foster a conducive work environment.

Ensure SLA adherence, daily triaging, and ticket updates are managed effectively.
