Key responsibilities include developing, configuring, testing, implementing, and enhancing SAP Profitability and Performance Management solutions. You will be responsible for the delivery of agreed requirements and actively involved in resolving issues and proposing effective solutions.

Your role will also involve translating functional requirements into technical specifications and developing robust SAP solutions. Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills is essential for managing stakeholders and clients to drive IT solutions, while working effectively in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams across multiple locations and time zones.

Ideal candidates possess implementation experience in SAP Profitability and Performance Management, along with knowledge of SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP FICO, SAP PCM, or SAP BO. A solid understanding of cost and revenue allocation process design and implementation is preferred.

Proficiency in SAP ABAP and SQL is required, alongside the ability to define and develop SAP solutions. Familiarity with SAP architecture, processes, and data structures is beneficial. Excellent English communication and leadership skills are expected. The role requires the capability to manage diverse stakeholders and clients within a cross-functional project environment and adaptability to work within multicultural, geographically distributed teams.
