Seeking a skilled SAP OpenText VIM Consultant to provide essential support for invoice processing and related functionalities. This role involves ensuring seamless operations of OpenText Vendor Invoice Management, including invoice processing, OCR integration, and workflow approvals.

The consultant will manage document management, exception handling, and integrations with archive systems and ECC FI/MM modules. A key aspect of this position is providing robust L1.5, L2, and L3 production support for SAP ECC applications.

Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving incidents within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performing root cause analysis for recurring issues.

The role also entails managing service requests, standard changes, and delivering minor enhancements and configuration updates. Supporting deployment activities, transport management, and coordinating effectively with business, functional, and technical teams are crucial. This position requires preparing functional/technical documentation and participating in on-call support, adhering strictly to ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.

Proven experience in supporting OpenText Vendor Invoice Management, encompassing invoice processing, OCR integration, workflow, and document management is essential. The candidate must possess strong skills in SAP ECC FI/MM integrations and provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support.

Proficiency in analyzing and troubleshooting incidents, performing root cause analysis, and managing service requests is required. Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience with monitoring and ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira is necessary. The ability to support testing activities (Unit, SIT, UAT) and work in shifts to support multiple regional support operations is also a key requirement.
