This role is integral to our SAP MDG Engineering team, focusing on the design, implementation, and support of Master Data Governance solutions. You will be instrumental in advancing data governance initiatives, upholding data quality standards, and delivering robust SAP MDG solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices.

Spearhead SAP MDG implementation and enhancement projects across the master data spectrum. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define, analyze, and translate requirements into effective functional solutions. Design, configure, and customize SAP MDG to meet specific business and governance demands.

Conduct workshops, deliver solution demonstrations, and provide end-user training. Execute data modeling, mapping, validation, and governance activities. Configure and manage workflows, change requests, and approval mechanisms. Implement and support data replication and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring adherence to data quality, governance, and compliance standards. Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and continuously drive improvements. Stay abreast of SAP MDG advancements to recommend optimization strategies.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP MDG implementation and support is essential. A strong grasp of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and data governance frameworks is required.

Proficiency in SAP MDG configuration, data modeling, and workflow management is crucial. Experience with data replication, data quality management, and integration scenarios is expected. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are vital, complemented by strong communication abilities for effective cross-functional teamwork. A functional understanding of financial processes and robust knowledge of SAP workflow concepts and configuration are necessary.

Expertise is expected in SAP MDG for Business Partner, Supplier, Customer, Material, and Financial Objects. Technical competencies include configuring and supporting Data Models, Change Request Processes, Rule-Based Workflows, Enterprise Search, Data Replication Framework (DRF), Data Quality Management, Data Modeling & Replication, Workflow Configuration, and System Integration.
