We seek an expert to lead and manage SAP MDG implementations from conception to completion. Your expertise will guide projects, ensuring they meet both complex business needs and industry best practices. This is an opportunity to shape how critical master data is managed.

Key responsibilities include leading SAP MDG implementation projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and best practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications, design, configure, and customize SAP MDG solutions. This involves performing detailed data modeling, mapping, and validation to uphold data quality and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Additional duties encompass conducting user training, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and staying abreast of the latest SAP MDG advancements. You will also be involved in areas like Data Modeling, Replication, Workflow Configuration, and Integration with Other Systems.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in SAP MDG implementation and support. A strong grasp of master data management principles and proficiency in SAP MDG configuration, data modeling, and governance are essential.

Candidates should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Experience with specific SAP MDG modules such as Business Partner, Supplier, Customer, Material, and Financial Objects is highly valued. Familiarity with Data Models, Change Requests, Rule-Based Workflows, Enterprise Search, DRF, and Data Quality Management is also expected. Functional knowledge of financial processes and SAP workflows is advantageous.
