Seeking an experienced SAP Manufacturing Functional Consultant to design, configure, and support SAP solutions focused on manufacturing processes. This role ensures SAP capabilities align with business needs across production planning, shop floor execution, and supply chain integration.

Key responsibilities involve analyzing current manufacturing processes and designing optimized future states leveraging SAP best practices. The consultant will configure core SAP modules like PP, QM, and optionally PM, setting up essential master data and supporting diverse production planning strategies.

Emphasis is placed on seamless integration with SAP MM, SD, and Warehouse Management modules, ensuring efficient end-to-end cross-functional processes. Involvement spans the full project lifecycle, from blueprinting and design through to testing, go-live, and hypercare support, including the creation of functional specifications for development objects.

- Analyze and document current ("AS-IS") manufacturing processes, then design optimized ("TO-BE") solutions leveraging SAP capabilities. - Configure SAP PP, QM, and potentially PM modules, including master data setup like BOMs, routings, and work centers. - Support various production planning strategies, including Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, and Repetitive Manufacturing. - Ensure robust integration with SAP MM, SD, and EWM/WM for cohesive end-to-end process flows. - Participate in all phases of the SAP implementation lifecycle: Blueprinting, Design, Build, Test, Go-live, and Hypercare. - Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and create comprehensive test cases. - Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot defects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Develop functional documentation, configuration guides, SOPs, and deliver end-user training.

- Proven expertise in SAP PP, including MRP, capacity planning, production orders, and process orders. - Hands-on experience with SAP MM, SD, and QM for effective integration. - Familiarity with S/4HANA manufacturing processes and Fiori apps is beneficial. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and Agile/Activate methodologies. - Strong ability to write functional specifications (FS) and understand manufacturing processes (discrete and process manufacturing). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective stakeholder management. - Mid-level candidates should have 4-8 years of SAP PP experience; Senior candidates should have 8-15+ years with multiple end-to-end implementations.
