Lead comprehensive SAP Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives.

Analyze intricate business requirements to design robust SAP JVA solutions, ensuring alignment with critical finance and joint venture processes.

Configure and actively support core JVA functionalities, including Venture Master, Equity Groups, Recovery Indicators, Cutback, and Partner Billing.

Guarantee seamless integration between SAP JVA and other vital modules like FI/CO, MM, AA, and S/4HANA Finance.

Conduct client workshops, perform detailed fit-gap analysis, manage testing phases (SIT/UAT), deliver user training, and provide essential go-live support.

Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, finance departments, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Mentor and guide functional consultants while diligently managing project deliverables and adhering to timelines.

A minimum of 9 years of dedicated SAP experience, with a strong specialization in SAP Joint Venture Accounting (JVA).

Proven track record of successfully completing at least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP JVA implementation or transformation projects.

In-depth knowledge of Oil & Gas industry processes, including partner settlements, complex cost allocations, and detailed financial reporting.

Hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FI/CO, and understanding of JVA integration scenarios is essential.

Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, clear communication, effective problem-solving, and strong leadership qualities are required.
