Spearhead the design, implementation, and enhancement of core retail business processes within SAP IS-Retail, covering merchandising, pricing, promotions, and store management.

Lead vital fit-gap analysis workshops, diligently capture business requirements, and configure SAP IS-Retail solutions in alignment with industry best practices.

Foster seamless collaboration with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, POS, and E-commerce teams to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end retail solutions.

Provide expert guidance and leadership throughout the testing phases, data migration, user training, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

A minimum of 6 to 12 years of robust SAP experience, with a proven track record and deep expertise in SAP IS-Retail and intricate retail business processes.

Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in key areas such as Merchandise Management, Article Master, Assortment Management, Pricing, Promotions, Purchasing, and Retail Store Operations.

Extensive experience integrating SAP IS-Retail with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CAR, POS systems, EWM, and other critical applications within the retail technology ecosystem.

Exceptional stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities, evidenced by prior experience leading global retail transformation and implementation projects.
