This role focuses on SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) and requires senior-level expertise.

Analyze database growth and implement SAP ILM archiving solutions. Provide installation, configuration, functional, and technical expertise for SAP ILM, including testing and validation. Implement ILM Store Setups using SAP IQ or OpenText. Configure SARA, develop archiving objects, and manage ILM configurations. Identify and mitigate impacts arising from archiving activities. Lead design, testing, production, and post-production phases of SAP Archiving/ILM projects. Implement standard and custom archive objects across various SAP modules. Deploy purging and hybrid DVM solutions for technical and staging tables. Manage archive metadata and ADK files efficiently. Assess systems for DVM or alternative solutions. Handle document archiving scenarios and content server migrations. Lead workshops and discussions with business users and stakeholders.

A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in SAP Data Archiving is essential. Prior experience with archiving projects involving migration from ECC to S/4HANA is required. Proficiency in SARA configurations, archive object development, and ILM configurations is mandatory. You should be adept at identifying archiving impacts and implementing solutions. Experience across the full lifecycle of SAP Archiving/ILM assignments, from design to post-production, is expected. Familiarity with managing archive metadata and ADK files, along with system assessment for DVM, is necessary. The ability to conduct and lead workshops with business stakeholders is also a key requirement.
