Seeking a senior SAP IBP Supply & Demand Planning Architect to lead transformative global supply chain initiatives. This role demands profound expertise in SAP IBP modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Response & Supply, and Order-Based Planning (OBP). The architect will be instrumental in defining solution architectures and delivering comprehensive planning solutions intricately linked with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.

This position offers a significant opportunity to shape advanced planning strategies and drive best practices across international operations, leveraging cutting-edge SAP technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical acumen and strategic foresight to address complex supply chain challenges.

Key responsibilities include architecting SAP IBP solutions, developing roadmaps, conducting fit-gap analyses, and ensuring robust governance. You will design scalable global planning solutions, focusing on:

- Demand Planning: Enhancing forecasting, demand sensing, and consensus planning for improved accuracy. - Supply Planning: Implementing heuristic and optimizer-based planning, capacity constraints, and advanced supply modeling. - Order-Based Planning (OBP): Managing response planning, ATP, supply allocation, shortage management, and order-based optimization. - Inventory Planning: Optimizing safety stock, buffer management, and inventory analytics.

You will also lead integrations with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, APO, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, BTP, and external systems, utilizing tools like RTI, CI-DS, and SAP Integration Suite. Driving master data governance and supporting pre-sales activities are also critical aspects of this role.

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, or a related discipline. A minimum of 18-20 years of overall experience is required, with at least 15 years focused on SAP IBP and 10-15 years of end-to-end SAP IBP implementation experience. Proven hands-on expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Order-Based Planning is mandatory, alongside a strong understanding of Real-Time Integration (RTI) and SAP S/4HANA integration.

Demonstrated leadership in global SAP IBP transformation programs, experience managing onsite/offshore teams, and strong client-facing, governance, and stakeholder management skills are vital. Pre-sales experience and a background in large transformation programs are highly advantageous. SAP IBP certification is preferred, and related SAP Supply Chain certifications are a plus.
