Innovation specialists within GDS collaborate with client service and enablement teams, as well as Service Lines, to bring cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to facilitate rapid prototyping and creative problem-solving. Lead SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects, guiding teams through business transformation and managed services tracks. Conduct thorough business blueprint workshops to define requirements and finalize designs. Deliver comprehensive documentation including Business Blueprints, configuration details, functional specifications, and test scripts.

Design and optimize SAP solutions to align with business objectives and industry best practices. Liaise with SAP vendors, manage contract negotiations, and evaluate new product offerings. Stay abreast of SAP updates and emerging technologies.

Maintain seamless communication with onsite coordinators, mentoring project teams and providing regular status updates. Interface with customer representatives as needed and be prepared to travel to client locations.

A seasoned professional with over 13 years of extensive SAP HCM experience, including end-to-end payroll implementations. Proficiency in Wage Type, Schema, and PCR configuration is essential.

Demonstrated experience with PA/PM and time integration with payroll. Ability to configure tax-related requirements for various countries, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai, and New Zealand, is required. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or Computer Applications (BCA) coupled with significant industry experience is expected.

Strong process expertise in SAP HCM is a must, with experience in integration best practices being highly valued. Excellent leadership and business communication skills are crucial for success in this role. Experience with SuccessFactors is considered an added advantage.
