Join EY as a Senior HCM Payroll Specialist and take a leading role in optimizing payroll processes within our Human Capital Management framework. This position offers a unique opportunity to manage payroll operations, ensuring precision, adherence to regulations, and punctual compensation delivery. You will collaborate closely with HR, finance, and IT departments to refine payroll systems and procedures, embedding best practices for enhanced efficiency. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving complex payroll challenges, conducting audits, and upholding compliance standards.

Lead SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects as a technical leader, guiding teams through business transformation and managed services. Conduct requirement gathering workshops to finalize designs and deliver comprehensive documentation including Business Blueprints, configuration details, functional specifications, and test scripts. Maintain clear communication with onsite coordinators and project stakeholders, planning and monitoring project deliverables. Mentor project teams, provide regular status updates, and interface with customer representatives. Travel to customer locations as needed and be responsible for decision-making, process optimization, resource management, and team supervision to ensure successful task execution and performance evaluation.

Possess strong process experience in SAP HCM, with a focus on PA/PM and time integration with payroll. Demonstrate proficiency in configuring tax-related requirements for various countries, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai, and New Zealand. Experience with Wage Type, Schema, and PCR configuration is essential. You should have a solid understanding of integration best practices and excellent business and leadership communication skills. Candidates should have 3-8 years of SAP HCM experience, including a minimum of two end-to-end payroll implementations. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or MCA, coupled with relevant industry experience, is required.
