The SAP HCM Technical Consultant position involves end-to-end implementation of SAP HCM/ECP systems for international clients. Success in this role requires delivering high-quality results to multinational teams, often under tight deadlines, and collaborating effectively to ensure seamless project execution.

As an SAP HCM Technical Consultant, you will analyze and propose solutions based on client and functional consultant requirements. You'll develop, document, and deliver high-quality solutions, adhering strictly to EY's best practices. Active participation in the entire SAP HCM implementation lifecycle, including design, estimation, development, documentation, and testing, is expected. Collaboration with experts, architects, and project managers will ensure the highest standards of delivery within project timelines. You will also drive improvements and innovations in development processes and engage with customers throughout product development to guarantee project success.

This role requires 2 to 3 years of experience as an SAP ABAP HR developer with a strong understanding of the SAP HCM module. Proficiency in ABAP 7.40 or higher is preferred. A solid grasp of SAP HCM payroll processing and application development is essential. Experience with interface implementations using OData, IDocs, RFCs, and form development is also required. Expertise in various enhancement implementation options is key. Knowledge of integration techniques like PTP and BIB, along with exposure to Employee Central Payroll, Payroll Control Centre, and SF Employee Central, will be advantageous.

Familiarity with HANA coding, including CDS and AMDP, is a plus. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to quickly understand business requirements, generate creative ideas, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. A team-oriented approach, with the capacity to multitask, remain flexible, and work effectively under pressure, is crucial.
