As a Senior HCM TECH professional, you'll contribute to pioneering SAP Payroll Control Center implementations and global payroll system deployments, utilizing the latest SAP cloud technologies. Your role is crucial in delivering exceptional experiences for clients worldwide, particularly in the Americas, Australia, UK, and European regions.

Analyze client and functional consultant requirements to propose effective solutions. Develop, document, and deliver high-quality solutions adhering to EY's best practices. Actively engage in the full lifecycle of SAP HCM implementations, including design, estimation, development, documentation, and testing, taking ownership where needed. Collaborate with experts, architects, and project managers to ensure superior delivery standards within project timelines. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in development processes, methodologies, and technology adoption. Engage with customers throughout product development phases to ensure project success.

Possess 3 to 5 years of experience as an SAP ABAP HR developer with significant exposure to SAP HCM. Demonstrate expertise in HR development and a strong understanding of SAP HCM Payroll processing. Experience with Payroll application development is essential. Proficiency in interface implementations using OData, IDocs, and RFCs, along with form development. Expertise in various enhancement implementation options is required. Familiarity with integration techniques such as PTP and BIB is beneficial. Knowledge of Employee Central Payroll, Payroll Control Center, and SF Employee Central is advantageous. Exposure to HANA coding, including CDS and AMDP, would be a plus. Capability to rapidly grasp business requirements and generate creative ideas is key. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are expected. Be a flexible team player, capable of multitasking and performing under pressure. Commitment to continuous learning and proactively implementing new technologies is vital.
