This position is designed for motivated individuals early in their SAP consolidation careers, aiming to build robust functional and technical proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.

Support comprehensive group consolidation and financial reporting processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP for consolidated financial results. Assist in consolidating actuals, budgets, and forecasts for diverse entities, and manage changes to consolidation scope like new entities or divestitures.

Engage in the configuration and maintenance of key SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting objects, such as Financial Statement items, hierarchies, consolidation units, and attributes. Provide support for balance carryforward, currency translation, inter-unit eliminations, and journal postings. Monitor Data Monitor and Consolidation Monitor activities, and facilitate the mapping of G/L accounts to financial statement items.

Collaborate with senior consultants on integrating SAP Group Reporting with SAP FI/CO. Participate in system testing, data validation, and reconciliation during critical closing periods. Contribute to support or implementation projects involving SAP BPC, SEM-BCS, EC-CS, FI-LC, or ECC.

Conduct foundational analysis of reported figures and support variance analysis. Prepare necessary documentation for audit and internal reporting purposes. Identify and assist in resolving data issues or inconsistencies with reporting units.

Document functional specifications, process flows, and configuration details. Support knowledge transfer initiatives and user training sessions. Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts within the Group Reporting framework.

Develop a solid understanding of group consolidation principles and foundational knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP accounting. Gain exposure to SAP consolidation tools like SAP BPC, SEM-BCS, EC-CS, FI-LC, or SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, with a strong willingness to learn SAP Group Reporting configuration and consolidation processes.

Possess basic hands-on experience or theoretical knowledge of SAP FI/CO. Become familiar with SAP S/4HANA navigation and reporting concepts. Prior experience supporting at least one consolidation or reporting cycle is highly preferred.
