This role offers a unique opportunity to manage end-to-end Group Reporting implementation projects. You will be responsible for generating and reviewing monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and year-end consolidation figures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards. Your expertise will be vital in producing consolidated financial statements for a large and complex IFRS consolidation process.

Lead and manage comprehensive Group Reporting implementation projects and guide the team in generating and reviewing consolidation figures.

Oversee the consolidation of business unit performance, producing periodic management reports on actuals, budgets, and forecasts.

Develop and enhance financial reporting processes to validate and analyze figures, identifying areas for improvement.

Analyze reported figures, collaborating with regional financial managers and controllers for follow-up actions.

Provide expert consultation on technical IFRS queries from reporting units.

Configure SAP Group Reporting, including mapping financial statement items, setting up attributes, hierarchies, balance carry forwards, currency translation methods, and inter-unit eliminations.

Manage purchase/equity methods of consolidation and experience with "activity-based" consolidation of investments.

Handle new acquisitions, divestitures, and changes within the consolidation group.

Make critical decisions, optimize processes, manage resources, and oversee team performance to ensure successful task execution and alignment with organizational goals.

A minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience is required, with at least 2 years specifically in SAP Group Reporting implementation.

Proven experience in managing and implementing consolidation projects using BPC, BCS, ECCS, or BOFC is essential.

A strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAP accounting standards is critical for this role.

SAP Consolidation experience is mandatory, including familiarity with BPC, SEM-BCS, EC-CS, FI-LC, and ECC, coupled with a solid accounting and finance background.

Experience in configuring SAP S/4 HANA Group Reporting (on-premise or cloud) and delivering work products that meet client standards is expected.

Knowledge or hands-on experience in configuring SAP FICO objects is a plus.

An MBA or Chartered Accountant qualification is preferred.

Experience with the following configurations in S/4 HANA Group Reporting is beneficial: - Balance carry forwards and Currency translation methods. - Inter-unit eliminations/reclassification and Manual eliminations.
