This role is crucial for implementing and managing SAP GRC Access Control solutions, ensuring robust security and compliance for our clients.

Implement and configure SAP GRC Access Control components, including ARA, ARM, and EAM. Perform essential GRC administration tasks such as risk analysis, setting up mitigation controls, firefighter access, and managing access request workflows. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, address compliance gaps, and develop secure access processes. Manage and configure MSMP workflows, UAR cycles, SoD reviews, and risk rule frameworks. Stay updated on SAP GRC best practices and industry standards. Support audits, resolve GRC issues, and enhance SAP security processes.

A minimum of 4 years and up to 16 years of experience in SAP GRC 12.0 Access Control is required. Demonstrate strong analytical skills and deep expertise in SAP GRC 12.0 components (ARA, ARM, EAM), coupled with hands-on administration experience. Possess an excellent understanding of MSMP workflows, Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles, User Access Review (UAR) processes, and compliance frameworks. Experience in configuring and supporting SAP GRC modules for risk analysis, access requests, firefighter management, and SoD reviews is essential. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, auditors, and business teams to manage access controls and ensure compliance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP GRC functionalities, best practices, and evolving security trends.
