We are seeking a seasoned SAP GRC Access Control Consultant to manage and enhance our enterprise access governance systems. This role involves configuring and supporting key SAP GRC Access Control functionalities, including Access Request Management, Risk Analysis, Emergency Access, and Business Role Management.

You will collaborate with SAP Security, business stakeholders, and audit teams to ensure secure, compliant, and auditable access processes across SAP and integrated applications.

Key responsibilities include implementing and enhancing SAP GRC Process Control solutions from requirement gathering to post-production support.

You will analyze and resolve production issues, configure GRC PC master data, controls, assessments, and surveys. Expertise in creating and monitoring automated controls (CCMs), developing compliance dashboards, and reporting is essential.

Engage with business stakeholders, auditors, and technical teams to deliver governance solutions, evaluate business processes, and perform control testing for ITAC & ITGC. You'll also contribute to team efforts by sharing knowledge and updating senior members on task progress.

Candidates should possess 6-9 years of experience in SAP IT Audit, with a strong understanding of IT governance practices. Experience leading Risk and Controls projects is required, along with a proven track record in Risk & Control engagements covering pre- and post-implementation reviews.

Essential functional knowledge includes SAP GRC Access Control & Process Control, ITGC, Control Framework Design, Internal Controls Management, Compliance Monitoring, Risk Assessment, SOX, and IT General Controls. Technical experience should encompass SAP S/4HANA security, SAP GRC 10.1/12.0, and SAP Access Control integration.

Proficiency in reporting skills such as Compliance Reporting, Process Control Dashboards, and Audit Reporting is also necessary.
