NTT DATA is seeking a skilled SAP GRC PS Consultant to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing our enterprise access governance landscape.

As an SAP GRC Access Control Consultant, you will be instrumental in configuring and maintaining key functionalities including Access Request Management, Access Risk Analysis, Emergency Access Management, and Business Role Management. Your expertise will ensure secure, compliant, and auditable access processes across SAP and integrated applications, collaborating closely with SAP Security, business stakeholders, risk and compliance teams, and internal audit.

Implement, support, and enhance SAP GRC Process Control solutions, managing the full lifecycle from requirement gathering to post-production support. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within SAP GRC Process Control, delivering sustainable solutions. Configure and support GRC PC Master data, Control Testing, Assessments, MCP, Surveys, and Certifications.

Create, maintain, and monitor Automated Controls (CCMs) in SAP GRC. Develop and maintain compliance dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics for management and audit purposes. Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, control owners, auditors, and technical teams to deliver effective compliance and governance solutions. Evaluate business models and processes to understand and meet business needs.

Perform control testing for ITAC & ITGC as per project scope. Effectively function as a team member, sharing responsibilities, providing support, and maintaining communication with senior team members. Conduct research and assist in preparing business presentations and information memorandums. Develop and maintain productive working relationships with business partners and ensure adherence to project quality protocols.

A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in SAP IT Audit is required, with a strong understanding of IT governance practices. You should have led 2-3 Risk & Control engagements, covering pre- and post-implementation reviews, assessments, control design, and testing for SAP ECC and/or S4 HANA landscapes.

Your experience should include performing SAP audits focused on system integrity and data accuracy, designing and assessing SAP S4 controls to identify gaps, and recommending improvements. A key aspect of this role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate risk and control considerations into broader project objectives and providing insights on SAP risk and control trends and best practices.

Essential functional knowledge includes SAP GRC Access Control & Process Control, ITGC and audit processes, Control Framework Design, Internal Controls Management, Compliance Monitoring, Risk Assessment, SOX, and IT General Controls. Technical skills should encompass SAP S/4HANA security, SAP GRC 10.1 / 12.0, SAP Access Control Integration, Workflow Configuration & BRF+, SAP Fiori, SAP S/4HANA Integration, Role design and authorization objects, and GRC integration with SAP modules. Strong reporting skills in Compliance Reporting, Process Control Dashboards, and Audit Reporting are also vital.
