Configure and support SAP FI-AR and FSCM processes, focusing on Credit, Collections, and Dispute Management. Implement Credit Management functionalities, including credit checks, scoring rules, limit configurations, and workflow setup. Manage Collections strategies, orchestrate data flow from AR to FSCM, and oversee Promise to Pay and customer contact processes. Configure Dispute Management workflows, handle lifecycle processing, write-offs, and related Fiori tiles. Provide support for integrations and interfaces such as IDocs, Banking, DMEE, EBS, Lockbox, Intercompany Billing, and third-party credit scoring systems.

We seek an SAP Functional Consultant with 8-12 years of experience and strong expertise in FI-AR. Knowledge of FI-SD is a significant advantage. Demonstrated experience in SAP FSCM modules, specifically Credit Management, Collections, and Dispute Management (minimum two modules), with expertise in both ECC and S/4HANA is essential. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori apps, and a clear understanding of differences between ECC and S/4HANA, particularly in Credit Management. Solid exposure to RICEFW objects, preparing functional specifications, debugging, and collaborating effectively with technical teams. Experience with third-party integrations, Advanced Credit Management, and DCD functionality. BCM experience is a plus.
