We are looking for an experienced and meticulous SAP FSCM Consultant to enhance our team. This role is crucial for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO/FSCM modules to refine client financial operations, specifically focusing on credit risk, collections, and dispute resolution. Your contributions will directly empower organizations to improve cash flow, reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and minimize bad debt.

Lead full-cycle SAP FICO/FSCM implementations and rollouts, including Credit, Collections, Dispute, and Cash & Liquidity Management. Configure system settings, workflows, and business rules to match specific organizational needs. Map and set up Order-to-Cash processes, encompassing credit control areas, scoring, collection strategies, and dispute lifecycles. Gather business requirements via workshops and develop Functional Specifications and system designs. Perform fit-gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement. Collaborate with Finance, AR, Sales, and IT teams to align system capabilities with business objectives. Integrate SAP FSCM modules with other SAP components (FI, SD, MM) and external systems. Provide L2/L3 production support, resolving end-user issues and conducting root cause analysis. Manage data flows, interfaces (IDocs, APIs, Banking), and reporting. Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with defined scenarios and ensure sign-offs. Develop training materials, conduct end-user training, and create technical documentation. Maintain system documentation and stay updated on SAP S/4HANA innovations.

Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Possesses 3-8+ years of direct functional experience in SAP FICO consulting and implementations. Demonstrates in-depth expertise in configuring SAP Credit, Collections, and Dispute Management modules. Features hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and its associated Fiori applications. Includes a strong understanding of financial accounting, particularly Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. Exhibits excellent problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. Active SAP certification in FSCM or FI/CO is highly desirable.
