The SAP FLM will be responsible for managing the SS FLM group to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries. This includes reviewing support execution and reporting across various accounts, providing necessary direction and guidance, and ensuring the team upholds a high standard of competence and operational excellence.

Key duties involve making critical business decisions to meet customer expectations, serving as an escalation point of contact for Account DMs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for overall delivery excellence. Additionally, the role encompasses resource allocation, workload management, ensuring optimal resource utilization, and conducting periodic reviews, recognition, and rewards for team members. Managing resource attrition and retention, and coordinating with HR, IT, and Admin are also integral parts of this position. The individual will also oversee SLA adherence, daily troubleshooting, and ticket updates.

We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage project delivery and people management functions within the SAP FLM domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This role requires effective coordination with various departments such as GRM/VMG/TA for resource fulfillment.
