We are seeking a seasoned SAP Fiori Consultant with 7–8 years of dedicated experience in crafting, developing, and implementing robust SAP Fiori/UI5 solutions within S/4HANA environments. This role is pivotal for driving user experience transformation initiatives and delivering scalable Fiori solutions, requiring a blend of technical prowess and business acumen.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SAP Fiori architecture and best practices, coupled with the ability to translate complex business needs into intuitive and efficient user interfaces.

Design and develop sophisticated SAP Fiori applications, leveraging SAP UI5, OData services, and SAP Gateway.

Build and enhance both standard and custom Fiori apps, including Transactional, Analytical, and Fact Sheets, while extending standard applications using recommended frameworks and ensuring responsive design.

Collaborate closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into Fiori solutions and configure apps aligned with SAP S/4HANA roles. This includes working with the backend ABAP team for OData service development.

Configure and manage the Fiori Launchpad, catalogs, groups, and tiles, alongside handling content activation and role-based authorization. Support deployment architectures and troubleshoot Fiori-related issues.

Define solution architecture for Fiori implementations, ensuring adherence to SAP UX standards and performance best practices. Prepare technical design documents, test cases, and user manuals, and support SIT/UAT cycles.

A minimum of 7 years of SAP experience is mandatory, with at least 6 years focused specifically on SAP Fiori/UI5 development.

Demonstrated experience in one to two end-to-end S/4HANA implementations or upgrades is essential.

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. While not mandatory, an SAP Fiori/UI5 certification is highly preferred.

Key technical skills include strong proficiency in SAP UI5 and Fiori development, OData services, SAP NetWeaver Gateway, and a moderate understanding of ABAP for backend coordination.

Familiarity with Fiori Launchpad configuration, role management, and SAP S/4HANA environments is required. Knowledge of SAP BTP is preferred, and CDS Views/Fiori Elements are a plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities are crucial, alongside the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams and client-facing capacities. A problem-solving mindset with meticulous attention to detail is expected.
