We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Finance and Controlling with a proven track record in SAP S/4HANA implementations. You will play a crucial role in designing, configuring, and deploying robust financial solutions.

This position focuses on leveraging your extensive SAP FICO expertise to drive successful projects. Your responsibilities will encompass the full project lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering through to post-go-live support, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to best practices. We value strong analytical abilities and effective communication to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities include conducting thorough requirement gathering and Business Blueprint (BBP) workshops, followed by solution design sessions. You will be responsible for configuring SAP FI/CO processes to align with business needs and preparing detailed functional specifications for development tasks. This role involves close collaboration with technical teams and participation in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover activities, and user training.

Furthermore, you will support data migration initiatives using the SAP Migration Cockpit and collaborate with MM, SD, and PP teams to ensure end-to-end process integration. Supporting statutory and localization requirements is also a key aspect of this role. This includes ensuring compliance with financial regulations and specific localizations.

Candidates must possess 8-10 years of dedicated SAP FICO consulting experience, with a minimum of two end-to-end SAP/S4HANA implementations. Essential expertise spans General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cash & Bank Operations, Bank Reconciliation, Payment Proposals, and Cash Flow & Liquidity Forecasting.

Proficiency in Controlling aspects like Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Segment Reporting is required. A strong understanding of GST, E-Invoicing, E-Way Bill, TDS, and TCS is mandatory. Experience working in integrated environments with MM, SD, and PP modules is crucial. Hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is a non-negotiable requirement.

Additional desirable skills include experience with SAP Fiori transactions and Analytical Apps, as well as utilizing the SAP Data Migration Cockpit. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are vital for success in this senior consultant role.
