Join our team as a Senior Lead Consultant specializing in SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO). This role focuses on driving impactful SAP S/4HANA implementations, support, and rollout projects. You will leverage your extensive experience to design and deliver robust financial solutions.

As a SAP FICO Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in leading requirement gathering sessions and BBP workshops, translating business needs into effective SAP solutions. You will configure SAP FI/CO modules, develop functional specifications, and collaborate closely with technical teams for custom developments.

Your responsibilities will extend to conducting System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and managing cutover activities. Providing comprehensive user training and post go-live support is also a key part of this role. Additionally, you will assist with data migration using the SAP Migration Cockpit and ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, and PP modules, while also supporting localization and statutory requirements.

We are looking for a SAP FICO expert with 8-10 years of consulting experience and a minimum of two end-to-end SAP/S4HANA implementations. A deep understanding of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cash & Bank Operations, Bank Reconciliation, Payment Proposals, and Cash Flow & Liquidity Forecasting is essential.

Proficiency in Controlling (CCA, PCA, Segment Reporting) is required, along with strong knowledge of GST, E-Invoicing, E-Way Bill, TDS, and TCS. Experience working with MM, SD, and PP modules in integrated environments is mandatory, as is hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience. Familiarity with SAP Fiori transactions, Analytical Apps, and the SAP Data Migration Cockpit is also crucial. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are a must.
