Join our team as a Senior SAP FICO Lead Consultant, bringing 8-10 years of extensive experience in SAP Finance & Controlling.

This role is pivotal for driving SAP S/4HANA implementations, support, and rollout projects. We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead and deliver impactful solutions within enterprise applications.

Your expertise will be crucial in guiding project lifecycles from initial design to post-go-live support, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of SAP FICO modules.

Lead requirement gathering sessions and BBP workshops, translating business needs into robust SAP FI/CO configurations.

Design and implement SAP FI/CO processes, developing functional specifications for technical teams.

Oversee system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage cutover activities.

Provide comprehensive user training and essential post-go-live support to ensure smooth transitions.

Facilitate data migration using the SAP Migration Cockpit and collaborate with MM, SD, and PP teams for integrated solutions.

Address statutory and localization requirements, ensuring compliance.

A minimum of 8-10 years in SAP FICO consulting, with at least 2 full-cycle SAP/S4HANA implementations.

Proficiency in core SAP Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cash Management, and Payment Processing.

Solid Controlling experience covering Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Segment Reporting.

In-depth knowledge of Indian statutory requirements such as GST, E-Invoicing, E-Way Bill, TDS, and TCS.

Hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is mandatory, alongside familiarity with Fiori transactions and Analytical Apps.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities are essential.
