As a Senior Manager, you will be key in developing and refining EY's market-leading ERP advisory methodologies, tools, and accelerators. You will actively participate in various phases of SAP Implementation Projects, ensuring effective contributions and seamless project execution.

A critical aspect of this role involves interfacing and communicating effectively with onsite coordinators to ensure alignment and smooth project progression. You will also be responsible for adhering to project methodologies and PMO processes, planning data team tasks, and reporting project status accurately.

Ideal candidates possess advanced knowledge and extensive experience in SAP Finance and Controlling modules. A strong background in "team leadership," including managing local and offshore resources, reporting, and risk escalation, is essential.

Experience in an onsite-offshore delivery model is required, along with project management experience leading teams of 10-15 members. Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, support, upgrades, and enhancements across various SAP Finance and Controlling areas is crucial, including integration with MM, SD, HR, and PS. Familiarity with FIORI APPS, BO-DS, BW, HANA, and other reporting tools is a plus.
