Seeking a seasoned SAP FICO S/4 HANA Lead Consultant to spearhead financial transformation initiatives. This role demands extensive expertise in SAP FICO and a proven track record in S/4 HANA Finance implementations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of core SAP FICO modules and extensive experience with Controlling functionalities, including Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Margin Analysis. Your role will be pivotal in driving successful project outcomes and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.

This opportunity involves leading end-to-end implementations and providing critical support for product maintenance. You will leverage your deep understanding of SAP's implementation methodologies and AMS processes to support global business users and manage complex integrations with third-party systems. Experience with ALE/IDOCs and RICEF objects is essential for delivering robust solutions.

We are looking for an individual who can independently design, estimate, and deliver solutions, effectively coordinating with development teams and ensuring quality through rigorous testing. A significant aspect of this role includes collaborating with C-suite executives, contributing to digital transformation roadmaps, strategic planning, and participating in RFP processes. Strong team management, organizational, and communication skills are paramount for success.

Lead end-to-end SAP FICO S/4 HANA implementations, focusing on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Banking.

Provide in-depth expertise in Controlling areas such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Order, Material Ledger, Product Costing, Actual Costing, and Margin Analysis.

Manage integrations with other SAP modules like MM, SD, PP, and PS, as well as third-party systems.

Oversee at least 4 E2E implementations and 4-5 S/4 HANA Finance support projects, ensuring successful Go-Live and ongoing support.

Apply strong knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies (Activate/ASAP) throughout project lifecycles.

Support business users globally by managing SAP AMS processes and resolving complex issues.

Utilize experience with Interfaces, ALE, and IDOCs for seamless system connectivity and error handling.

Independently design, estimate, and deliver SAP FICO solutions.

Coordinate with development teams, prepare functional specifications, manage testing, and deploy RICEF objects.

Present digital transformation roadmaps and strategic plans to client C-suite executives.

Engage in RFP analysis and presales activities.

Prepare comprehensive functional specifications, user documentation, and test cases.

A minimum of 15 years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 8 years specifically in SAP S/4 HANA Finance.

Strong proficiency in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Banking, including banking interface knowledge.

Expertise in Controlling areas: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Order, Material Ledger, Product Costing, Actual Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)/Margin Analysis.

Significant experience with integration across SAP modules (FI-MM, FI-SD, FICO-PP, FICO-PS) and with third-party systems.

Proven experience in at least 4 end-to-end S/4 HANA Finance implementations and 4-5 product support projects.

Solid understanding of SAP implementation methodologies like Activate/ASAP, covering all project phases from discovery to Go-Live support.

Knowledge of SAP AMS processes for supporting business users across geographies.

Experience working with interfaces and integrating with third-party systems.

Basic exposure to ALE, IDOC execution, and error handling.

Demonstrated ability to work independently to understand, estimate, design, and deliver solutions.

Experience in coordinating with development teams, preparing functional specifications, testing, and deploying RICEF objects.

Excellent experience presenting roadmaps for digital transformation and strategic planning to client C-suite.

Familiarity with RFP analysis and presales support.

Skilled in preparing functional specifications, user documentation, and test cases.

Strong team management capabilities.

Education: CA, CWA, CMA, or MBA Finance.
