An experienced SAP FICO Consultant is sought to bolster the IR AMS engagement. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive end-to-end support, implementing enhancements, and driving continuous improvements across SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The goal is to maintain stable operations and ensure strong alignment with business objectives.

Provide L2/L3 support for SAP FICO modules within an AMS framework, consistently meeting service level agreements. Manage incidents, service requests, problem resolution, and change requests effectively.

Facilitate seamless month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial operations. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to thoroughly analyze requirements and develop robust solutions.

Execute SAP FICO module configuration, implement enhancements, and resolve defects. Prepare and conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Develop essential documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials. Ensure smooth integration across modules such as FI-MM and FI-SD, resolving any related issues promptly.

Contribute to audit support, compliance activities, and efficient transport management. Champion initiatives for continuous improvement and the adoption of best practices within AMS delivery.

A minimum of 8 to 12 years of dedicated experience in SAP FICO consulting is required for this role. Proven expertise in Application Management Services (AMS) is essential.

Candidates must demonstrate strong capabilities in handling L2/L3 support, incident management, service requests, problem management, and change management. Experience with month-end and year-end closing activities is crucial.

Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration, enhancements, and defect resolution is expected. The ability to prepare and execute various testing phases, including Unit, Integration, and UAT support, is vital.

Familiarity with developing functional specifications, test scripts, and training documentation is necessary. Experience with cross-module integration (FI-MM, FI-SD) and resolution of associated issues is important.

Involvement in audit support, compliance, and transport management is also required. A proactive approach to driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices within AMS is a key attribute.
