Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling implementations, focusing on the RTR process area. You will be accountable for hands-on data migration tasks, including extraction, mapping, loading, and reconciliation, ensuring the integrity of financial data at go-live. Key duties involve gathering requirements, conducting design workshops, configuring SAP FI/CO modules, and supporting various financial processes like General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Controlling objects. Collaboration with other SAP teams (MM, SD, PP, PS) for end-to-end integration is crucial, alongside preparing functional specifications and supporting testing cycles. Ownership of end-to-end FICO data migration from Oracle ERP to SAP S/4HANA is a core expectation.

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Functional Consultant with 7–12 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years specifically in SAP FICO and a minimum of one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Finance data migration. Essential skills include strong hands-on expertise in SAP FICO modules, Universal Journal, GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting (S/4HANA), Bank Accounting, and Controlling objects. Proven experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA Finance data migration using SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, or custom ABAP tools is mandatory. You should possess strong Excel skills for data migration templates, robust SQL and data validation capabilities, and a demonstrated history of achieving 100% financial reconciliation. Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills are vital.
