Join NTT DATA as a seasoned SAP FICO Functional Consultant specializing in Data Migration, based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. This role is crucial for leading Finance and Controlling implementations, driving business process transformations, and delivering robust SAP S/4HANA solutions. You will be instrumental in ensuring complete financial accuracy from extraction through cutover.

As a key member of our team, you will leverage your deep functional expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), along with strong integration, testing, and client-facing consulting skills. The position offers a hands-on approach to managing the entire data migration lifecycle, from initial extraction and mapping to final reconciliation and cutover support.

Your responsibilities will encompass gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting Fit-to-Standard and solution design workshops, and configuring SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. This includes implementing General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.

You will configure tax, payment processes, and electronic bank statements, while also supporting Revenue Recognition, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and Margin Analysis (COPA). Collaboration with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, PS, Treasury, Group Reporting) is essential for end-to-end integration. You will also prepare functional specifications, execute various testing phases (Unit, SIT, UAT), and provide production support and continuous process improvements.

We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in SAP FICO, particularly in data migration from Oracle ERP to SAP S/4HANA. Proficiency in the Universal Journal (ACDOCA), GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting (S/4HANA), Bank Accounting, and Controlling objects is mandatory.

Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance data migration, including hands-on usage of SAP Migration Cockpit and LSMW or custom ABAP migration tools, is essential. Strong Excel skills for data migration templates and robust SQL/data validation and reconciliation capabilities are required to achieve 100% financial reconciliation. A minimum of 5 years in FICO SAP experience and at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Finance data migration are necessary.
