As a key member of our SAP Implementation team, you will be instrumental in guiding projects from inception to completion. You will leverage your expertise to ensure smooth and efficient data migration, working collaboratively with various teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

This role involves leading business workshops for blueprinting activities and analyzing legacy data for quality checks and load process acceptance. You will contribute to specifications for automated data migration transformation rules and identify duplicate records to ensure timely data migration.

Furthermore, you will perform high-level analysis of customer business processes and requirements to support data migration needs with proposed solutions. Detailed analysis will be conducted to produce custom solution specifications, and direction will be provided to development teams for solution realization. Collaboration with the Data Migration team is essential for documenting requirements, planning, testing, and issue resolution.

We require a minimum of 8 years of overall experience in SAP Finance Implementations and Rollouts, with at least 2 years of specific experience in SAP S/4 HANA Implementations and Rollouts. Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Data Migration for SAP Finance Master and transaction data, including GL Accounts, Assets, and GL/AR/AP Balances, is crucial.

Familiarity with data migration tools such as SAP BODS/IS, Syniti/Backoffice Associates ADM, and SAP S4 HANA Migration Cockpit is expected. The role also demands experience in creating functional documentation for data migration field mapping and rules. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with fluency in English. A solid understanding of system development methodology, project management, and system architecture, particularly in SAP environments, is highly valued.
