This role focuses on providing comprehensive support for SAP Record-to-Report processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Bank Accounting. You will also manage SAP FSCM components such as Credit Management, Collections, and Dispute Management.

Key responsibilities include performing configuration changes, executing reconciliations, and providing month-end support. You will deliver L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications, analyzing and resolving incidents within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This includes performing root cause analysis for recurring issues and handling service requests and standard changes.

Further duties involve delivering minor enhancements and configuration updates, supporting deployment activities and transport management, and coordinating effectively with business, functional, and technical teams. You will also prepare essential functional/technical documentation and knowledge articles, participate in on-call support during critical periods, and ensure adherence to ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes. Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira is crucial, alongside supporting testing phases such as Unit Testing (UT), SIT, and UAT. The role requires flexibility for shift work to support multiple regional support functions.
