Opportunity for a seasoned SAP FICO Controlling Lead Consultant to drive enterprise application initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations.

We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in handling complex financial processes within SAP environments. The ideal professional will contribute significantly to the success of our S/4HANA projects and ongoing support.

This position offers the chance to lead critical aspects of SAP FICO, from initial design to post-go-live stabilization, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities include leading requirement gathering and BBP workshops, designing and configuring SAP FI/CO processes to meet business needs. You will also prepare functional specifications, collaborate closely with technical teams, and manage SIT, UAT, and user training.

Further duties involve overseeing cutover activities, providing post go-live support, and facilitating data migration using the SAP Migration Cockpit. Effective collaboration with MM, SD, and PP teams is essential for end-to-end process integration and supporting statutory and localization requirements.

This role demands 7-9 years of SAP FICO consulting experience, including a minimum of two end-to-end SAP/S4HANA implementations. Essential expertise covers General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cash & Bank Operations, Bank Reconciliation, Payment Proposals, and Cash Flow & Liquidity Forecasting.

Proficiency in Controlling modules such as Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Segment Reporting is required. A strong understanding of GST, E-Invoicing, E-Way Bill, TDS, and TCS is crucial. Experience with SAP Fiori transactions, Analytical Apps, and the SAP Data Migration Cockpit is mandatory, along with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
